Terms
Prices are indicative until confirmed
Every price shown on this site is computed from the last recorded metal rate, and the time of that reading is printed next to it. It is an indication, not an offer. The price that applies is the one confirmed in writing when you place the order, at the rate current at that moment.
A quoted price holds for the period stated on the quote. After that it is recomputed at the prevailing rate.
How a price is made up
Metal value is the rate per gram multiplied by the weight multiplied by the purity factor. The making charge is a percentage of metal value. GST is applied to the sum of the two. Each line is rounded to the rupee and the total is the sum of those rounded lines.
Weight and purity
Coins are struck to an exact weight. Hand-finished pieces carry a stated weight tolerance on their page; you are charged on the listed weight, not the delivered weight. Purity is 999 for silver and 24K for gold across the site. An assay report is available for any piece on request.
Orders
Orders are agreed over WhatsApp or in person, not through a cart on this site. An order becomes binding when the price is agreed and payment is received. We may decline an order — for example where a piece has sold, where a lead time cannot be met, or where a listed price was wrong — and where we do, anything paid is refunded in full.
Guarantees
- Purity as stated, verifiable by independent assay.
- Weight as stated, within any tolerance shown on the page.
- One free re-polish within twelve months of purchase.
Tarnish is normal surface chemistry and is not a defect. See care and re-polishing.
Buyback
Buyback is offered on our own pieces, at metal value only, on the terms set out in full on the buyback policy. Nothing on this site is an investment product and no return is promised or implied.
