When it leaves us

• Pieces held in stock: dispatched within 24 hours of the order being confirmed.
• Made-to-order pieces: dispatched after the lead time shown on the product page, counted from the day the order is confirmed.
• Sourced pieces: the product page states the lead time, which includes the time to bring the piece in.

Confirmed means the price has been agreed and payment received. Until then the rate is not locked and the lead time has not started.

How it travels

Silver ships by insured courier, in tamper-evident packaging, against signature. We send the tracking number when the parcel leaves. We do not ship silver by ordinary post.

Damage, loss and short delivery

Record an unboxing video before opening a sealed parcel. If the packaging is torn, opened or resealed, refuse the delivery and tell us the same day — a refused parcel is our problem to solve, an accepted one is much harder.

Report damage or a discrepancy within 48 hours of delivery, with the unboxing video and photographs. Insured parcels lost in transit are replaced or refunded in full once the courier closes its enquiry.

Charges

Delivery is free on orders above ₹ 10,000.

Below that, shipping is quoted with the order, before you pay, as its own line. It is not folded into the price of the piece, and the price shown on a product page does not include it.
