What we collect

• What you send us. When you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we hold that conversation and the phone number or address it came from.
• What an order needs. Name, delivery address, phone number and the billing details required on a GST invoice.

Browsing the site creates no account and requires no personal information. There is no cart, so nothing about what you looked at is stored against you.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, to make and deliver what you ordered, and to meet the tax and record-keeping obligations that apply to a sale. That is the whole list.

Who else sees it

• The courier, which needs the delivery address and phone number.
• Our payment provider, which handles the payment. Card details are never sent to us and we never hold them.
• Our accountant and the tax authorities, for invoices, as required by law.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass it to advertisers or data brokers.

Marketing

We do not add you to a mailing list because you enquired. If we ever run one, joining will be a deliberate act on your part and leaving will take one message.

How long we keep it

Enquiry conversations that do not become orders: up to 12 months. Order and invoice records: for the period Indian tax law requires them to be retained.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it and we will. Ask us to delete it and we will, except where we are legally required to keep an invoice record.

Cookies and counting visits

We count visits to this site without cookies: how many people came, where from, which pages they opened, how long they stayed and which buttons they tapped. To tell one visitor from another on the same day we use a code made from your connection and browser that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you, even by us. For counting visits, we never store your IP address or browser details.

If you choose Accept on the cookie bar, we also use the Meta Pixel (Instagram and Facebook) and Google Ads tag. They set cookies so we can see which ads lead to orders and show our pieces again to people who have visited. They receive the pages you open, the pieces you look at, and when you add to cart, tap WhatsApp, send an enquiry or order, with the order’s total. They never receive your order tracking page. If you choose Reject, none of this is loaded.

If you choose Accept, our server also tells Meta when you place an order or send an enquiry, so they are counted even when an ad blocker stops the Pixel. For card payments the event is sent when the payment is confirmed. Your phone number, email and customer number are sent only in hashed form (scrambled one way, so Meta can match them to an account but nobody can read them back). The hashed values are kept with the order or enquiry record. Your connection’s IP address, browser details and Meta’s cookie ids are deleted after 7 days. If you choose Reject, nothing is sent from your browser or from our server.

You can change your answer at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Cookies Meta and Google have already set expire on their own schedule; you can also clear them in your browser.
