What we collect

• What you send us. When you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we hold that conversation and the phone number or address it came from.
• What an order needs. Name, delivery address, phone number and the billing details required on a GST invoice.

Browsing the site creates no account and requires no personal information. There is no cart, so nothing about what you looked at is stored against you.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, to make and deliver what you ordered, and to meet the tax and record-keeping obligations that apply to a sale. That is the whole list.

Who else sees it

• The courier, which needs the delivery address and phone number.
• Our payment provider, which handles the payment. Card details are never sent to us and we never hold them.
• Our accountant and the tax authorities, for invoices, as required by law.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass it to advertisers or data brokers.

Marketing

We do not add you to a mailing list because you enquired. If we ever run one, joining will be a deliberate act on your part and leaving will take one message.

How long we keep it

Enquiry conversations that do not become orders: up to 12 months. Order and invoice records: for the period Indian tax law requires them to be retained.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it and we will. Ask us to delete it and we will, except where we are legally required to keep an invoice record.

The site sets no advertising or profiling cookies. If analytics are added later, this page will say what they are before they are turned on.
